• Present the materials as your own or as belonging to another institution

3.3 Certificates

Certificates issued by Dr. Natália Bellan, PhD attest to the completion of the program and are for the personal and professional use of the holder. Any forgery or misuse will be treated as a violation of these Terms and may have legal consequences.

4 User-Generated Content

Courses and mentorship programs have specific refund policies detailed at the time of purchase. In general:

• Cancellations requested within 7 days of purchase are entitled to a full refund
• Cancellations after access to materials has begun are subject to case-by-case review
• Completed consulting sessions are non-refundable
